Seriously, I don't know a single person who has time to create, bake or cook anything elaborate during the month of December, including food bloggers that generally prepare all of their posts in November cause December is crazy!

Ingredients for Smoked Salmon with Creamy Pesto
40 crackers, I used Triscuits, but you can use whole wheat or sesame
12 ounces smoked salmon, cut thin
1 cup pesto
10 ounces plain Greek yogurt
1/4 cup toasted pine nuts
