- Pumpkin puree – You want to make sure this is pumpkin puree and not pumpkin pie filling. Try making your own or just using a can from the grocery store.
- Half & half – This is the base of our creamer. It’s creamy, a little thick and has no flavoring. We’ll doctor it up with the rest of the ingredients.
- Molasses
- Sweetened condensed milk
- Pumpkin pie spice
- Vanilla extract

- 2 cups half & half , 1 pint
- 3 tablespoons pumpkin puree , not pumpkin pie filling
- 2 tablespoons molasses
- 2 tablespoons sweetened condensed milk
- 2 teaspoons pumpkin pie spice
- 2 teaspoons vanilla or almond extract
Instructions
- In a small saucepan over low heat, whisk together the 2 cups half & half , 3 tablespoons pumpkin puree , 2 tablespoons molasses , 2 tablespoons sweetened condensed milk , 2 teaspoons pumpkin pie spice and 2 teaspoons vanilla or almond extract .
- Bring to a low simmer for 5 minutes, then turn off the heat. Continue to whisk every 2-3 minutes, allowing it to cool and steep for 10-15 minutes.
- Line a fine mesh strainer with cheesecloth and pour the liquid through*. Discard the solids and transfer the liquid to a sealable container.
- Store in the refrigerator for up to 1 week.

I suggest using it in a week if stored properly. Simply put your creamer in an air tight container and store it in the refrigerator. You can keep it for about 1-2 weeks.
