    When most people hear the word “cheese,” I think cheddar, provolone, swiss and blue cheeses come to mind. However, brie cheese is one of my favorites, and I think it often gets overlooked! If you don’t already love it, these brie recipes are sure to win you over and turn you into a brie cheese lover!

    Brie cheese is one of my favorite cheeses to cook with. The flavor is so mild and the texture so creamy, it really can take recipes up a notch! Whether you use it to top an appetizer bite, or add it into a pasta for extra richness, it tastes great in so many dishes.
