Gather This

All of these hot honey hummus ingredients are easy to find at your local grocery store. A full list of ingredients with measurements for this recipe is available in the printable recipe card below.

  • Chickpeas – Also known as garbanzo beans, these are the base of every hummus — they give it that rich, creamy texture. Be sure to drain and rinse them well to avoid excess liquid. You can buy them canned or soak dried chickpeas.
  • Tahini – This sesame seed paste adds a deep, nutty flavor that elevates the hummus. Try my homemade tahini recipe! Instead of making your own hummus, you can also buy plain hummus and just add the cherry peppers and hot honey.
  • Hot honey – The star of the show! You can make your own hot honey, or just buy your favorite at the grocery store.

  • Fresh lemon juice
