Easy to grow and harvest, they are one of the most common vegetables in home gardens. They can be grown in a pot, on a trellis, in hot sun or even in shade. They are verstile and totally easy for those who don’t have a green thumb, like me.

My favorite way to eat them is stuffed with soft cheese, battered and fried. They also taste great in salads.

Can I Eat Raw Zucchini?

Zucchini can be eaten raw or cooked, although most people probably prefer it cooked. It is green and not the same as yellow squash, which is a totally different veggies.
