Ingredients

  • 1 cup refried beans
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 2 teaspoons hot sauce
  • 2 teaspoons taco seasoning , divided
  • 1 cup enchilada sauce
  • 1 cup guacamole
  • 3/4 cup Mexican cheese blend , shredded
  • 1/4 cup olives , pitted and halved
  • 2 tablespoons scallions , chopped
  • 1/4 cup grape tomatoes , quartered
  • Tortilla chips

Instructions

  1. Spread refried beans in a 9 inch round pie plate.
  2. In a medium mixing bowl, combine sour cream, hot sauce and 1 teaspoon taco seasoning. Mix well and spread evenly over refried beans.
  3. Top with enchilada sauce, spreading out to the edges.
  4. Next, spread guacamole and top with shredded cheese, olives, scallions and tomatoes. Sprinkle remaining 1 teaspoon taco seasoning.
  5. For best results, cover and refrigerate for 1-24 hours before serving.
