Drain and rinse the 15 ounces canned chickpeas in a colander. Spread them out on a paper towel lined plate and pat dry. Toss with the 2 teaspoons extra virgin olive oil
Place the dried chickpeas in an air fryer basket and set to 380°F for 12-14 minutes, shaking half way.
Remove from the air fryer and transfer them to a mixing bowl. Toss with the seasoning of your choice.
