The best Ham Salad Recipe using leftover ham, minced vegetables, hard boiled egg and a lightly seasoned creamy mayonnaise base. Serve with crackers or as a sandwich.

  • 2 cups ham , chopped
  • 3/4 cup mayonnaise*
  • 1 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground white pepper
  • 1 tablespoon sweet relish
  • 1 tablespoon carrot , minced
  • 1 tablespoon red onion , minced
  • 1 tablespoon celery , minced
  • 2 hard boiled eggs , chopped


  • Combine chopped ham, mayonnaise, kosher salt, pepper, sweet relish, carrot, red onion, celery and chopped hard boiled eggs in a large mixing bowl. Toss to combine. Don't over mix.
  • Cover and chill for 1 hour before serving.
  • Serve as a ham salad spread or as a sandwich.
