Butterfly the turkey breast horizontally, but not all the way through, like a opening a book.
On a cutting board, cover the turkey breast with plastic wrap and tenderize until about ¼ inch thick. It needs to be thin enough to roll, but thick enough to not be totally pulverized.
Spread the cooked stuffing on the entire area, patting down tight.
From the long end, roll the turkey breast up tight.
Using cooking twine, tie it several areas to securely hold it together.
Slather the top with softened butter, then season with garlic powder, paprika, fine sea salt and ground black pepper.
Bake for 60-75 minutes, basting every 15-20 minutes with butter and browned bits. The actual cooking time with vary based on the thickness of your turkey roll.
Bake until the center of the turkey roll registers at 165°F using a digital read thermometer.
Remove and allow to sit for 5-10 minutes before slicing.
Serve the turkey breast slices with gravy, if desired.
