Instructions
In a small food processor, pulse the
4 garlic cloves
until finely minced.
Add the
1 cup mayonnaise
and
1/2 teaspoon fine sea salt
. Blend until smooth.
By hand, fold in the
2 teaspoons black truffle pate
.
