Place the horizontally cut 1 loaf French bread, cut side up, on a baking sheet and toast for 5-7 minutes or until lightly browned.
Spread the 1/3 cup garlic aioli evenly over bread, spread with the 2 tablespoons Parmesan cheese. Top with evenly sprinkled 2 tablespoons Parmesan cheese and 1/4 cup gouda cheese.
Return to oven for 3-4 minutes or until the cheese melts.
