Combine the 1 cup mayonnaise, 2 tablespoons prepared horseradish, grated 1 clove garlic, 1 teaspoon fresh lemon juice and pinch coarse Kosher salt in a small mixing bowl and fold together. Alternately, use a small food processor.
Chill for 30 minutes before serving to let the flavors marry.

Optional: Add 1 tablespoon finely grated Parmesan cheese or 1 tablespoon freshly chopped herbs like dill, oregano, parsley or basil. Storage: Store in a covered container in the fridge for up to a week. Stir before using. Freezing: I do not recommend freezing this sauce.
