This easy green smoothie is creamy, naturally sweet, and packed with kale, banana and almond milk. Add protein for a filling protein smoothie.
Place the 2 cups vanilla almond milk, cored and quartered1 apple, 1 banana, 2 cups kale (ribs removed), 1/2 cup ice , 2-3 tablespoons vanilla protein powder and optional flax Seeds into a high powered blender. Blend until smooth.
