, lightly beaten

Cooking spray
Instructions
In a medium skillet, cook and crumble the
1 pound ground bulk sausage
. Remove to a paper towel lined plate to drain.
Meanwhile, coat the inside of slow cooker with cooking spray.
Add the
1 pound refrigerated shredded hash browns
, shredded
2 cups cheese
,
1 teaspoon Kosher salt
,
½ teaspoon ground white pepper
,
1 tablespoon dried minced onion
and cooked sausage. Toss to combine.
In a separate mixing bowl, whisk together the
12 eggs
and
1 cup whole milk
. Pour over the hash brown-sausage mixture.
Cover and cook on low for 7-8 hours, or until the eggs have set.
Serve while hot. Garnish with the chopped
scallions
and
sour cream
, if desired.
