Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter room temperature cut into cubes
  • 4 cloves roasted garlic skin removed and mashed
  • 2 tablespoons sun dried tomatoes drained finely chopped
  • 1 tablespoon parsley minced
  • Pinch sea salt to taste

Instructions

  1. Use the whisk attachment of a hand held mixer or stand mixer. Whip room temperature butter for 1-2 minutes, scraping down sides as needed.
  2. Add mashed roasted garlic and continue to mix for 1 minute.
  3. Using a spatula, fold in sun dried tomatoes and parsley.
  4. Refrigerate for 15 minutes to 3 days.
