A juicy seasoned steak over crispy French fried potatoes, topped with tangy maitre d'hotel butter and served with sauteed garlic mushrooms and onions.

  • Season strip steaks with Steakhouse Steak Rub and set aside.
  • In high sided sauce pan or skillet, cook shoe string French fries according to package directions. Place on a paper towel lined baking sheet in a warm oven while you prepare the remaining pieces.
  • In a cast iron pan or heavy skillet, melt butter over high heat. Make sure you turn on the vent or have proper ventilation.
  • Add seasoned steaks, cooking for 2-3 minutes on each side, longer if you like a medium-well done steak. This will also be highly dependent on the thickness of your steaks. Remove and allow to rest for 5-10 minutes.
  • To plate, place shoe string fries on the plate, topped with your juicy steak and 1 tablespoon cold maitre d'hotel butter and 1/2 cup sauteed garlic mushrooms and garlic. Enjoy!
