2tablespoons milk
2cupsCinnamon Toast Crunch cereal
Instructions
Place the 4 cups Rice Chex cereal in a large mixing bowl. Set aside.
Place the 2 cups powdered sugar. 2 teaspoons ground cinnamon and 1/2 teaspoon fine sea salt in large airtight plastic bag, shaking to evenly mix. Set aside.
In a small saucepan, heat the 12 ounces white chocolate cups4 tablespoons vegetable shortening or unsalted butter over low heat, stirring continuously until the chocolate has melted then pour in the 2 tablespoons milk. Do not overheat, white chocolate is extremely temperamental and will seize easily.
When melted, pour the white chocolate mixture over the cereal, tossing gently to coat, then immediatly transfering to the bag with powdered sugar while tacky.
Toss the cereal in the bag (you may have to work in batches) until coated, then turn out onto a rimmed baking sheet to cool.
When set, sprinkle the 2 cups Cinnamon Toast Crunch cereal into the coated cereal mixture and serve.
