Oil spray
Instructions
Spray the air fryer basket with a little cooking spray.
Prepare 2 plates. First, place the panko bread crumbs, parmesan, oregano, salt, and pepper.
In the second, beat the egg.
Dip the breasts in the beaten egg, then coat them with the Panko Parmesan mixture.
Place the chicken breast in the air fryer's basket, and top with marinara sauce and the grated Italian blend cheese.
Cook at 370°F for 15 minutes or until the inside of the breasts has lost its pink color.
Serve immediately.
