In a stand mixer, blend together butter and cream cheese.
Add cheddar cheese and garlic powder.
Slather onto each piece of bread and then evenly sprinkle with everything bagel seasoning.
Bake on a rimmed baking sheet for 10-15 minutes, or until cheese have melted.
Remove and slice.

Notes
For this recipe, I like my bread to be a little chewy, but if you want a crusty garlic bread, toast it before topping with cream cheese spread, remove and then cover and bake again.
