On a cutting board or clean counter, lay out crescent dough, place 1 tablespoon of cream cheese in the center of the widest part. Top that with a sprinkle of cheddar cheese and roll up as best you can. Since the dough isn't centered, it can be difficult to get them to roll totally centered. Place on a parchment lined baking sheet. Repeat with remaining dough.
Whisk 1 egg with 1 tablespoon water. Baste the tops of each crescent roll. Sprinkle a liberal amount of everything seasoning on top of each.
Bake for 12-14 minutes, or until tops are lightly browned.
Remove and enjoy warm!
