Ingredients

  • 1 red onion , thinly sliced
  • 1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt

Instructions

  1. Fill a medium sauce pan half way with water. Bring to a boil.
  2. Add onions, apple cider vinegar and salt.
  3. Continue to simmer until onions are soft.
  4. Drain well.
  5. Use immediately or refrigerate.
