Preheat the oven to 275°F. Line a large rimmed baking sheet with parchment paper. Set aside.
Toss together the Chex, Crispix, pretzels, bagel chips and peanuts in a large bowl.
In a small saucepan or in the microwave safe bowl, melt the butter. Whisk in the hot honey and salt.
Pour the honey butter mixture over the dry ingredients, gently tossing to combine, being careful to not crush the cereal. Pro tip: Pour the mixture from one large bowl to another instead of tossing to prevent breaking the cereal or use two smaller bowls.
Spread the snack mix evenly onto the prepared baking sheet, trying to arrange in a single layer.
Bake for 20 minutes, remove and gently toss, returning to the oven for an additional 10 minutes.
Remove and allow to cool fully before transfering to a serving bowl or an airtight storage container.
