Ingredients

hummus

dried thyme

mozzarella or feta cheese

red onion slices

Maldon sea salt
Instructions
Spread hummus on flatbread.
Top with a sprinkle of dried thyme leaves and your choice of cheese.
Melt cheese in oven at 350 degrees for 5 minutes or serve cold.
Top with remaining ingredients and enjoy!
