Ingredients

green curry sauce

Instructions
Preheat the oven to 450°F and line a rimmed baking sheet with aluminum foil. Set aside.
Toss the cauliflower with the olive oil and arrange in a single layer on the baking sheet.
Roast until golden and tender, about 15 minutes, more or less depending on how large you cut the florets.
Transfer the cauliflower to a mixing bowl and toss with the green curry sauce.
Sprinkle with the Maldon sea salt. Serve immediately.
