Preheat the broiler and prepare a rimmed baking sheet lined with aluminum foil or parchment for easy clean-up. Lay the rolls, cut side up, on the baking sheet.
Evenly divide the truffle butter between the 6 pieces of bread.
Top with the freshly grated Parmesan cheese.
Place under the broiler until edges start to brown and crisp, about 1 minute. Watch closely, ovens vary!
Remove and finish with a sprinkling of the Maldon sea salt and parsley.
