  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 1 pound elbow macaroni , uncooked
  • 2 teaspoons kosher salt
  • 8 ounces evaporated milk
  • 2 cups cheddar cheese* , shredded
  • 1 tablespoon flour


  1. Place butter, elbow pasta, salt and 4 cups water to inner pot. Stir well.

  2. Cover and lock lid in place, set to manual high pressure for 4 minutes.
  3. Use quick release.
  4. Toss shredded cheddar cheese with flour.
  5. Stir in evaporated milk and shredded cheddar cheese.
  6. Serve hot.
