These incredibly soft and moist Red Velvet Cookies are stuffed with a tangy cream cheese filling. They melt in your mouth and are perfect for Valentine’s day!

What You'll Need:

-cream cheese -powdered sugar -vanilla -flour -cocoa powder -baking soda -salt -butter -brown sugar -egg -buttermilk -red gel food coloring

Prepare the cream cheese filling by combining all the ingredients. Place the filling into a piping bag and pipe dollops of cream onto a lined baking sheet. Freeze until hardened.

Combine the wet ingredients for the cookie dough. Sift in the dry ingredients and mix to combine. Chill dough for at least 1-2 hours.
