Cashew Chicken

Slow Cooker

What You'll Need:

–corn starch –flour –garlic powder –salt & pepper –chicken breasts –vegetable oil –garlic cloves –celery  –sweet onion –bell pepper –low sodium soy sauce – rice vinegar – ketchup – sweet chili garlic sauce –  light brown sugar – fresh ginger  –  Chinese five spice powder  –red pepper flakes –frozen broccoli florets – bean sprouts – cooked jasmine rice – cashews –scallions

Toss chicken chunks in dry ingredients.

Lightly brown chicken in  a pan.

Add chicken to slow  cooker with veggies.

Add the sauce.

Cover and cook for  three hours.

Add broccoli.

Add beans sprouts.

Cook another 5 minutes.

Serve and enjoy!
