Cheesy & Classic!

-olive oil -ground beef -onion -garlic -Italian seasoning -fresh basil -salt -pepper

-tomato sauce -diced tomatoes -water -lasagna noodles -ricotta cheese -mozzarella cheese -fresh parsley

In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add ground beef and onion. Cook until onion starts to soften and ground beef no longer pink. Drain excess liquid (fat) if desired.

Reduce to a simmer and cover. Cook for 20-23 minutes or until the noodles are tender. Stir occasionally. Uncover, add spoonfuls of the ricotta cheese around the skillet, do not stir.
