-cream cheese -cooked salad shrimp -soy sauce -green onions -garlic powder -wonton wrappers

Combine the softened cream cheese, shrimp, garlic powder, soy sauce, and half the green onions. Mix to combine. Place 1 teaspoon in the center of a wonton wrapper.

4. Fold the two side points in towards the center. 5. Rub water on the top point. 6. Fold down to look like an envelope. Repeat with remaining wonton wrappers.
