4. Fold the two side points in towards the center.
5. Rub water on the top point.
6. Fold down to look like an envelope.
Repeat with remaining wonton wrappers.
Heat 2-3 inches of vegetable oil to 350 F. Fry them in batches of 3-5 for 2-3 minutes, flipping as needed, until golden brown. Remove to a paper towel lined plate to drain and cool slightly. Serve with your favorite dipping sauce.
