Instant Pot

What You'll Need:

– vegetable oil – tender chuck roast – coarse Kosher salt – ground black pepper – canned pears – light soy sauce – light brown sugar – chile sauce  – fresh grated ginger – white onion  – cornstarch – scallions  – toasted sesame seeds

Season meat with salt and pepper.

Brown the meat on all sides.

Make the sauce.

Pressure cook for one hour, then shred.

Top with scallions and sesame seeds.

Serve with rice and enjoy!
